sending your photo: by sending us your photo, you are agreeing that you are the sole copyright owner of the photo and we have your permission to reproduce the photo. It is illegal to use a professional portrait and have us reproduce this photo without you first receiving written permission for the photographer to do so. At Polka Dot Box, we assume all photos sent to us have been released to you to reproduce and you are the sole copyright holder. We are not liable for any reproductions that you did not attain permission.

ORDER CANCELLATION: If you cancel your order after we have sent a proof, then you will be charged a $15 cancellation fee. If you cancel before a proof is sent, there is no fee. Orders cannot be canceled once you have approved a proof and we have begun the printing and processing of your order. You will be charged in full for the order.
RETURN/EXCHANGE: Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged, except text errors on our part. If you are unsure of the product, we recommend that you order a sample of the cards, as there will be no returns accepted, except in the event that we printed your cards with a text error.
PROOFS: Look over your proof carefully as once you approve it, we cannot re-print for an error that was in the proof that you did not notice.
TEXT ERRORS: If the error was our error, we will re-print at no additional charge to you, and free express shipping. If the error was yours, we will re-print at a 50% discount off retail prices.
